Fruttato medio, di tipo verde, con sentore prevalente di mandorla. Al gusto sensazione iniziale di dolce, con note di amaro e piccante di media intensità.

I fratelli Elena ed Euro sono orientati verso le coltivazioni delle varietà autoctone locali sia nella produzione olivicola che in quella vitivinicola.

ENG – The Parovel family is rooted in this area, between the Adriatic sea and the Karst Plateau, from which their strength and characteristic features derive. Their tradition has been passed down over four generation: Elena and Euro, the two brothers running the farm, cultivate local vines and olive trees.
